Jumponit was developed by a local TV station, for other TV stations and local media companies. It provides a better solution for merchants and stations, is better able to reach the local audience, and builds a lasting, valuable relationship with consumers and small- to medium-sized businesses.
Before launching jumponit in August of 2010, we conducted six months of research to figure out how to create the best solution possible. We studied the other players, figured out how to seamlessly integrate daily deals into a station’s operations and worked hard to come up with a more thoughtful solution. Then, we established best practices and processes, using our experience and extensive data analysis to create a unique and compelling solution.

Merchants like it because cash flow is king for a small business, and we pay them within five days for the deals. Jumponit also gives them exposure via all of a station’s media outlets – particularly TV, which was perceived as being all but unattainable for them before.
